By using the Solar & Scale Lead Response systems, you agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that all SMS messaging, phone calls, and automated outreach initiated through our platform complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and all other applicable state and federal laws regarding consumer communication and consent. Solar & Scale acts solely as a software provider and does not grant or verify consumer consent on your behalf.
4. Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Stripe to process payments and various CRM infrastructure providers to host your data. We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
